Our Team

Frank Beck, CPA, ABV, AEP

Mr. Beck is the founder and president of the firm. Frank is a graduate of Pace University and has over 40 years of experience in all areas of accounting, with extensive experience in business and individual taxation, and special expertise in estate tax planning. He is also an Accredited Business Valuation Analyst and an Accredited Estate Planner. He has served as an expert witness in a variety of litigation matters. Mr. Beck is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey, Florida, and New York State Societies of Certified Public Accountants, the Bergen County and Broward County Estate Planning Councils.

When not reading the latest tax journals, Frank is involved with various organizations in the south Florida community, and is also an avid baseball fan. He has attended many games in different stadiums all over the country, and lays claim to an extensive collection of baseball memorabilia.

Vincent Villata Jr., CPA

Mr. Villata has been with the firm for over 30 years and is in charge of firm operations. Mr. Villata is a graduate of Rowan University (formerly Glassboro State College) and has expertise in all areas of business and individual taxation. He is the primary tax partner for the firm's northern New Jersey clientele, and is responsible for tax planning, review and compliance. Mr. Villata is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey and Florida Societies of Certified Public Accountants.

Robert K. Griffin, CPA

Mr. Griffin is the firm's audit and assurance partner with over 30 years of experience, and is responsible for ensuring that the firm's quality control policies and procedures meet all professional standards. Mr. Griffin's experience includes a wide variety of industries, including healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, employee benefit plans, governmental units, as well as for-profit businesses. In addition, Mr. Griffin provides peer review and technical consulting services to other CPA firms, and currently serves as Chairperson of the Peer Review Committee of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Griffin is a graduate of Rutgers University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Societies of Certified Public Accountants.

When not keeping up on the latest developments in the accounting and auditing world, Rob is an active coach of fastpitch softball, is a member of the Evesham Township Coaches Hall of Fame for his contributions to youth sports, is active in his local parish and serves as a lector, serves on the board of directors of the Camden County Animal Shelter, and has served on various other nonprofit boards.
